Pay Basis: Monthly
Teaches core and major courses in administration and leadership at the M.Ed, Ed.S and Ed.D levels with a focus on principalship; teaching responsibilities will include main campus, Avon Williams Campus, and off campus sites; conducting field and university service and research; serving on doctoral research, Ed.S project and M.Ed committees; advising students and supervises field experiences. The successful candidate must be committed to working effectively with students, evidence of effective collaboration with a diverse population of students, colleagues, the community and professional organizations, and documented evidence of successful teaching/research.
Must hold an earned Doctorate (Ph.D or Ed.D) in Educational Administration/Educational Leadership, or a closely related field; demonstrate ability to conduct research & publish and work effectively in teams with colleagues and students. Previous experience as a principal, school business manager, school administrator or other leadership positions required.
