The College of Education invites applications for a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, fixed-term Instructor position in Counselor Education. Reappointment is at the discretion of the Dean.

The primary purpose of this instructor position is to foster critical thinking, advance student’s knowledge and skills through the teaching of discipline/courses. The incumbent is expected to provide an intellectual foundation for students primarily in school counselor education. These responsibilities are enacted through teaching counseling core and school counseling specialty courses, supervising students’ clinical experiences, and advising school counseling students. The courses serve students in the Masters of Counseling degree program.

This position is located in Corvallis, OR in a hybrid program that utilizes both online and face to face learning modes. The face to face meetings are off-site and may be in Salem, Wilsonville, or the Portland area.
