The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate and maintain a commitment to teaching, producing scholarly research, and participating in service activities appropriate for the candidate’s given rank. Candidates applying for this position may have research and teaching interests in any area of curriculum and instruction. Candidates are expected to be versatile with an ability and willingness to teach a variety of curriculum and instruction courses.
- Master’s Degree in Education and a minimum of Eighteen (18) graduate credit hours in Education, Curriculum and Instruction or related field.
- ABD n Education will be considered
- Coursework in and experience working with diverse student populations
- Three years teaching experience in grades PK-12 or equivalent educational setting.
- Hold or be eligible to hold current teaching certification.
