The Department of Educational Leadership at Ball State University, a respected leader in delivering high quality programs for administrative degree and licensure, is seeking outstanding applicants for part-time faculty positions for the 2018-19 academic year. The department is interested in an innovative and collaborative professional with demonstrated excellence in educational leadership and practical experience in the field, preferably at the superintendent level. Responsibilities include teaching graduate level courses in Educational Leadership and/or supervising administrative interns in P-12 schools.

The Department of Educational Leadership has one or more part-time adjunct positions available for the 2018 fall semester. Instructors will be needed to teach graduate-level online courses and/or blended courses which will require supervision of student administrative interns.

Please note that applications will remain active until March 1, 2019. Therefore, if you apply for this position, you may not hear from the Department of Educational Leadership until there is a need to hire an instructor for a specific course.

Minimum QualificationsDoctorate in Educational Leadership or a closely related field is required. At least three years experience as a P-12 school administrator is also required.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred QualificationsPreferred qualifications include previous experience teaching in higher education and experience with online education.

Certifications/LicensuresHas held or holds P-12 building-level or district-level administrator’s license in Indiana
