Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Assistant Professor of Counselor Education. This position is a probationary/tenure-track appointment with an expected start date of August 19, 2019. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching curriculum offered in CACREP accredited MS Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling degree programs. Courses you may be teaching include, but are not limited to, Foundations of Counseling, Orientation to School Counseling, Multiculturalism and Diversity, and Counseling Theory and Practice. Minimum qualifications for this position are (1) an earned doctorate in Counselor Education from a CACREP-accredited program; (2) two (2) years of demonstrated success as a licensed school counselor; and (3) a demonstrated commitment to quality teaching.
