Viterbo University’s College of Nursing, Health and Human Behavior invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position to teach a range of clinical counseling courses within the Counselor Education and Supervision Educational Doctorate program.
In addition to teaching responsibilities, which may include courses in the Master of Science in Mental Health Program, successful candidates will be expected to advise and support students, have an active scholarship agenda, and engage within the profession, the university, and community.
QUALIFICATIONS: Ph.D., Ed.D. or Psy.D. in counselor education and supervision is required, and a demonstrated commitment to continued scholarly development. Ideal candidates will possess a mental health license or license eligibility; previous teaching experience is preferred.
RANK AND SALARY: Appointment at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Nine-month academic year appointment beginning Fall of 2019. Salary is competitive with other private, liberal arts institutions.
